As God’s daughter, you are royalty! You are a Queen in your own right! I hope you are gracefully reigning in your Queendom! QueeningUP is essential to living a powerfully purpose-driven life! The QueenUP concept is a multifaceted view of what it means to be a woman who is intentionally walking in Christ and living out God’s plan for her life. Fellowshipping with God, committing to confidence, and embracing your journey are three essential actions that will help you gracefully and powerfully walk in your purpose and level-up!
Fellowship with God
Simple: build and nurture your relationship with God. Queens are God’s daughters, and He desires a relationship with his Queens. You cannot QueenUP without having a relationship with God. By fellowshipping with God, you will make yourself accessible and moldable so that His purpose for your life can be fulfilled. Spending time with God helps Queens grow stronger spiritually, become wiser, and be more equipped to withstand tests and disappointments. A Queen can nurture her relationship with God by reading His Word, having friendships with other Believers, serving mankind, and honoring herself by taking care of her Queendom. Furthermore, it is important to seek Him in the good times and bad times. Sometimes it can be easy to only talk to God when things are stressful and rough. I challenge you to also seek Him when life is pleasant and going well. Don’t hide from Him when you feel ashamed of your actions; hide in Him and let Him hug and restore you. You are always worthy of His love!!!
Commit to Confidence
A powerful Queen has confidence in her worth, confidence in her competence, and confidence in her ability to produce a desired outcome. Not everyone walks around being 100% secure about their worth and efficacy, and this is ok. If you want to one day be that self-assured, confident Queen, then you should first commit to being confident. A commitment to confidence involves confidence building and blocking confidence killers. Repeating affirmations and reflecting on your accomplishments are two ways to build confidence. You can block confidence killers by stopping negative thinking patterns and by ignoring the harsh judgmental opinions of others. The opinions of others (and even your own self-criticism and negative self-talk) don’t matter because you were fearfully, wonderfully, and marvelously made by our Creator (Psalm 139:14). You have something amazing to offer this world! As you strive to commit to confidence, remember who you are and what you can offer the world. You are worthy and capable of activating and achieving your goals and aspirations, so be confident in your ability to QueenUP and walk in your purpose!
Embrace Your Journey
A woman with a testimony is a woman who can be used to glorify God. Slay the journey – don’t let the journey slay you! It is far too easy to run and hide from the trials and tribulations. It is easy to be sad and fearful because of the storms and tests that come. However, it takes courage and faith to trust in God’s plan. “Consider it a sheer gift, friends, when tests and challenges come at you from all sides. You know that under pressure, your faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors. So don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way” (James 1:2-4 MSG). Even in the midst of the storms, you are safe in God’s arms and you can still pray out to God while the rain falls. Queen, rain always has an end and you will be standing stronger and better as the sun comes out to shine again. God will restore you, support you, strengthen you, and place you on a firm foundation (1 Peter 5:10 NLT). “God blesses those who patiently endure testing and temptation. Afterward they will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him” (James 1:12 NLT). Don’t run from your Crown – embrace the journey to your Crown!
